Amy Le-Milliere-Tinney, Manager - Data Protection in the Global DPO Office @ Uber
A data protection practitioner for 10 years, Amy has worked internationally across the public and private sector in the UK, Malta and the Netherlands. After spending time as a DPO, she is now part of the Global DPO Office at Uber where she uses the knowledge and skills developed from these varied experiences to advise on data protection matters and support the exercise of DPO tasks in various countries around the world.
In particular, Amy created, developed and runs an extensive monitoring framework that is into its fourth year of monitoring data protection compliance across Uber’s operations. This framework includes several continuous monitoring programmes that focus on data protection compliance in high risk areas for data subjects, as well as complaint investigation and ad-hoc monitoring.
